your members area clearly states, checks are mailed 30 days after the process
date. And
your commission page states all the dates your checks were processed. It
takes 2-8 weeks for checks to get to most places.We can not control the mail
system. We
have copies of all the checks sent to you and the dates they were mailed. ---

! I have advised with my lawyers on this - you can label this
course of action as unethical, but any court would love to see your
behaviour - don't pay and then threat... lies and deception is
something judges love to slam on. Also, there is number of people I found who wasn't payed
